1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and purchasing services from CodeStart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

CodeStart provides one‑time‑fee website design, massage & spa booking system deployment and related setup services. Unless explicitly written in your signed service scope, our base price does not cover domain registration, web hosting fees, third‑party gateway fees (Stripe, SMS, email APIs), or ongoing post‑launch modification work.

3. Payment & Deposit Policy

• A deposit is required to begin project work. The deposit amount will be confirmed in your individual quote.
• Remaining balance must be paid before final site launch and full system hand‑over.
• All payments are processed via Stripe. Refund eligibility follows our project‑specific agreement; partial‑completed projects may incur work‑in‑progress charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

You shall provide business content, brand assets, business information and required third‑party account credentials in a timely manner. Project timelines may be extended due to delays on the client side. You warrant that all materials you supply do not infringe third‑party copyright or other legal rights.

5. Deliverables & Revision Scope

Each package includes a defined number of design revisions stated in our offer. Extra revisions or feature changes outside the original scope will be quoted as additional paid work.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full final payment, the finished website built for your business belongs to you. We retain rights to our generic system code, templates and internal tooling. You may not resell or redistribute our booking system as a standalone product to third‑party businesses.

7. Limitation of Liability

CodeStart shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost business revenue, or downtime caused by third‑party hosting, payment gateways, SMS providers or customer‑provided configurations. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific project.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Changes will take effect once published on this page.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
